This page explains how Airecting processes personal data and how analytics are used. If you have questions, contact [email protected].

1) What we collect

Airecting processes only the personal data you voluntarily submit via email (for example, in a request for access or a question). This may include your name, email address, role, company name, and the decision context you provide.

2) Why we process it

Information you provide is used solely to assess fit, scope, and feasibility of a potential decision engagement — and, if engaged, to deliver the agreed work.

The legal basis for processing is typically legitimate interest (to respond to inquiries and assess fit) and, where applicable, contractual necessity (to deliver an agreed engagement).

3) Sharing and disclosure

No personal or company information is shared with third parties unless explicitly agreed in writing or required by law.

4) Google Analytics

With your consent, this site uses Google Analytics 4 (measurement ID G-39XFKSMVGS) to understand how the site is used and improve its content and performance. Google Analytics is not loaded before you accept analytics. No advertising features are intentionally enabled by Airecting.

You can reject analytics and still use the complete site. Your choice is stored locally in your browser and can be changed at any time through "Analytics preferences". Google acts as a service provider and may process technical information under its own applicable terms and privacy documentation.

5) Cookies

The site does not set advertising cookies. If you accept analytics, Google Analytics may use analytics storage such as first-party cookies to distinguish visits and produce usage statistics. If you reject analytics, the Google Analytics script is not loaded. The consent preference itself is stored in your browser's local storage.

6) Retention and security

Email correspondence is retained only as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described above (for example, to manage an inquiry or deliver agreed work), and then deleted or archived.

We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information provided.

7) Updates

If data processing practices change, this policy will be updated accordingly.
