Experience is not a list.
It is the ability to understand the room.
For more than 25 years, I have moved between film, business, education and international projects. I have directed people from almost every part of society: excavator operators and independent business owners, chief executives, specialists, actors and representatives of major organisations and public institutions.
My production work has included organisations such as ABB, McDonald's, Avanza, Clas Ohlson, AIK Fotboll and SVT. I have worked on an Oscar-nominated feature film and made a documentary seen by millions of viewers on Swedish television. But the range matters more than the names: I have been just as interested in the neighbourhood hair salon in the Philippines or the shirt shop on a side street in Istanbul.
I have taught filmmaking at Acting for Film, initiated international projects and student exchanges with New Zealand, and worked with European funding applications and Slate Funding. Those experiences required more than filmmaking. They required initiative, cultural understanding, coordination, communication and the ability to carry an idea through institutions and constraints.
The work has taken me between countries, cultures, industries and environments that operate in entirely different ways. Every assignment has demanded the same underlying ability: to enter an unfamiliar reality, understand what the people in the room need and create a shared direction.
That is the experience I bring to Airecting: understanding the ambition, asking the questions that move the work forward, assembling the right intelligence and directing an unfinished idea toward something that works in reality.
AIRECTING
It is not knowing how to do everything.
It is knowing what everything must become.
Airecting is my name for directing artificial intelligence across disciplines: beginning with purpose and audience, assembling the right capabilities, judging the work and deciding what happens next.
AI can research, write, calculate, design, code and operate. But output is not direction. Someone still has to hold the reason, the standard, the sequence and the consequences.
THE PRACTICE
I build what I could not build alone.
I am not presenting myself as the engineer of every system or the expert in every field. That would miss the point.
My work is to move between the creative, commercial and technical worlds; to find the real ambition; to direct the right intelligence toward it; and to turn possibility into evidence.
House of Dahnsjö is the living case: an AI-operated company being built with named agents, financial controls, product ventures, shared memory and human decisions where judgment and capital matter.
