PROCESS

How engagement works.

Airecting is not a sales call or an open-ended advisory relationship. It’s a bounded decision engagement with a clear start and end.

The sequence
Decision clarity first. Then execution — in writing.
1
You submit a decision request

Three required fields: decision (1 sentence), deadline (date), cost of delay (1 sentence).

2
We review for fit, scope, and decision quality

If the decision is too broad or missing constraints, we’ll ask you to tighten it before proceeding.

3
If it’s a match, we lock format and start date

Scope, timeline, and deliverables are confirmed in writing before any work begins.

4
Decision session → written memo → execution sequence

You leave with a decision memo and a next-step sequence (owners + order + timeline) so work stops looping.

What this is (and isn’t)

Working engagement: tight framing, hard trade-offs, written outputs.

Not a subscription, not a coaching container, not AI implementation.

Stakeholders

Optional: bring anyone who must be present for the decision to hold. If the true owner isn’t in the room, the decision won’t lock.

Next step
To protect focus, only complete requests are reviewed. Include all three required fields.
Requests missing any required field are not reviewed.
